Carlos Balter is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the National University of Cuyo.
He joined the firm, founded in 1947 by Dr. Alfredo Ramón Acosta, and in 1979 he was appointed Partner, when the firm's name was changed to Acosta Balter y Asociados.
Following the retirement of its founder, the firm has operated under the name Balter y Asociados. Since 1980, it has worked jointly with the representatives of Arthur Andersen and EY in Argentina.
His expertise includes Audit, Tax, Corporate Law, Statutory Audits, M&A, and Business Valuation.
Eduardo joined the firm in 1985.
He is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the National University of Cuyo.
His expertise includes Audit, Tax, Corporate Law, Statutory Audits, M&A, Business Valuation, and Family Businesses.
He completed a Postgraduate Degree in Tax Specialization (Catholic University of Cuyo – 2001) and is registered with the BCRA (Central Bank of the Argentine Republic) Registry of Auditors, as well as an Independent External Reviewer for the UIF (Financial Information Unit).
He is a Certified Family Business Consultant (CEFC®) accredited by IADEF (Argentine Institute of Family Businesses).
She joined the firm in 1992.
She is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the National University of Cuyo (1983–1989). Her expertise includes Audit, Statutory Audits, Corporate Law, Due Diligence, Mergers, and Business Valuation.
She worked at Pistrelli Díaz y Asociados (Ernst & Young).
